About the Macclesfield wildlife garden

This website came about after a couple of cheap cameras were setup following a spate of crime in the Macclesfield area. When one camera happened to pick up a fox visiting one night, the focus switched to wildlife watching and an obsession began....!

There are now two cameras set up for security purposes, two in bird boxes, two in a double swift box, one watching a bird feeding station and one camera which is setup in an area of the garden which has been left to go 'wild'. This wild area has been seeded with wildflowers (with mixed success) and each night a few peanuts are scattered about for whatever wildlife may visit.
